Our mission

For decades, music has had structured rights enforcement: performing rights organizations, mechanical licensing, statutory frameworks, registered agents, clearinghouses. Social video has had almost none of that.

We are building it. Verights exists so that creators and rights holders can treat their video as the long-term asset it is, and so that the people who post their work without authorization can resolve those claims through a documented, defensible process rather than guesswork.

Our principles

Three principles shape everything we build:

• It should pay more to partner than infringe. A well-structured ecosystem makes doing the right thing the easier, smarter, and more rewarding choice.
• Clearance should be a priority. No serious media survives without rights. Responsible use starts with diligence, not assumption.
• Due process for everyone, every time. Every material claim is preceded by good-faith fair-use consideration. Every notice preserves the respondent’s statutory counter-notification right. Every settlement is governed by published pricing methodology.

The company behind Verights

SocialCoaster Inc. is a Delaware corporation, headquartered in Tennessee, operating three brands: BVIRAL (creator network and content licensing),AuthenticRights (clip authentication and licensing), and Verights (rights enforcement). The brands share a single legal entity and a single privacy-and-data policy framework.

Our team includes attorneys with copyright-law expertise, creator-relations professionals, and software engineers building the detection and matching infrastructure. We do not list specific names here without those individuals’ explicit permission, but we are happy to make introductions during partnership discussions.
