Transparency

The data is yours. Always.

The rights-enforcement industry has too long depended on opacity. Quarterly decks, hand-selected screenshots, the partner asked to trust the process. We rejected that model from day one. Transparency, at Verights, is not something we publish on a schedule. It is the operating surface every partner sees the moment they sign in.

What transparency really means.

When the rights you are enforcing are the foundation of your business, you should not have to wait for a vendor report to know what is happening. You should not have to reconstruct a quarter from email threads, ticket exports, or platform-by-platform dashboards. You should not have to take anyone’s word for the numbers, because the numbers should be yours to see, sort, filter, and download.

Every partner of Verights signs in to partners.verights.com and operates the program directly: every match, every notice, every respondent, every settled outcome, every retraction, every dollar of recovered economics. There is no information asymmetry between us and the rights-holder. There is one set of records, and both sides see all of it.

The operating surface

A live program, not a quarterly summary.

The portal is built around four operating disciplines: how the program is performing, what is in your library, where the economics are, and who on your team can see what. Every section is live, exportable, and audit-ready.

01

Performance, in real time.

A live operating dashboard. Total claims in motion, total channel reach affected, content removed, the distribution between in-progress, filed, removed, and closed. Side-by-side breakdowns across every platform where we operate — major social networks, video platforms, and short-form video apps — with coverage expanding as the landscape evolves. The complete enforcement log lists every claim ever filed in your name, with the respondent identity, follower count, infringing URL, captured screenshot evidence, and a timeline of every status change. Search it. Filter it. Export it.

02

Your library, your control.

Every fingerprinted asset is listed with its enforcement record: claims filed, claims removed, claims still in motion. You can drill into any asset, export the entire library to CSV, and manage the two layers of allowlist that govern when something is and is not actionable: the channels you authorize at a partnership level, and the asset-specific exceptions that handle short-form licensing windows or campaign-bound permissions. The system works for your business, not the other way around.

03

The economics, calibrated by you.

License value is a function of the rates you set, not the rates we assume. The Revenue & Finance section gives you direct control of the tier rates that drive every recovery calculation in your dashboard and every line item in your downloadable report. Adjust the under-1M, 1M-5M, and 5M+ tiers as the market or your business model evolves. The numbers update everywhere immediately.

04

Your team, the access they need.

Counsel needs the enforcement log. Operations needs library management. Finance needs revenue. The C-suite needs the dashboard. Each team member gets exactly the access you grant them, page by page, with multi-factor authentication required across the team. Disable, force-reset, or impersonate-for-support whenever necessary. The administrative tools were built to fit how rights-holding organizations actually run.

The on-demand report

One click. Twelve sections. Every number that matters.

When counsel asks for documentation, when a board meeting is scheduled, when a quarterly review is on the calendar, you do not file a request with us. You sign in, click Download PDF, and a complete, client-ready report is in your hands in seconds. It covers everything from the unauthorized use detected, to the evidence captured, to the actions taken, to the license value protected, to the journey the program has traveled.

The report computes against the licensing rates you control. It is not a marketing document we hand you. It is your own data, formatted for the people you need to brief.

Our commitments

What we promise, in writing.

Direct access
Every partner has live, on-demand access to the operating surface from the day onboarding completes. There is no waiting period, no quarterly gate, no staged release.
Auditable history
Every claim has a permanent, exportable record: respondent identity, infringing URL, evidence screenshot, status timeline, and complete action history. The data is structured for counsel, finance, and audit.
Partner-controlled economics
Licensing rates, allowlists, tier definitions, and team access are all yours to set. We provide the infrastructure. You direct the program.
No surprise summaries
We do not send curated quarterly decks. The data is yours every day, in full, sortable and exportable. The only summary is the one you generate when you need one.

See what your library would look like inside the program.

The most direct way to evaluate Verights is to see your own catalog represented in the operating surface. We can run a confidential pilot scan, walk you through the partner portal during a private briefing, and tell you, before you commit, exactly what we believe the recoverable economics would be.
